The 94-95 are 5.0s so those arent the same, the 96-98 would be the same size and I believe but I could be wrong the 99-04s are a little bigger than the 96-98 GT's.

yeah i was looking to try and find a cheap aftermarket one 70mm and intake

You might want to look at getting a tuner for it also. It might run rough without a tune because your air/fuel ratio will be off and the car will actually run slower if the air/fuel ratio is off.

Your A/F ratio wont be off from a TB swap.Some thing that small the ECM will adjust to.You didnt describe what the car allready has.If its all stock and your swapping a TB then it would be pointless.Start with a Cold air intake and go from there.

yea its stock i was just wondering if they were the same. but yea i was going to start with a cold air intake.

I would get all of your current bolt on's together and on the car before id get the tune done.

Go to a junkyard and get a throttle body off a Lincoln Aviator. It's close to 70mm and works PERFECTLY with the 4.6 Mustang engine.

Avaitor is a 4V DOHC 4.6L that will not work for him.
