i guess i will go first hoping to get a 8.80 out of the car this year (prob about 6 on the list . ha ha ). i switched to a glide and i can turn up the spray now .

It's hard to say what the dozen will do this year. I'm sure Terry will be blazin with his new combo and Jim always steps it up! Foss with his beast is sure to run well into the 8's. Being around NMRA for quite some time now i've seen that it's really hard to get a car to go in the 7'z and still have street duty's or a cruise of some sort. Not saying there won't be any 7'z but it'll be tough!

With that being said I think i'll have a mid 8 sec car. I just don't think i'll have enough CI to bring the big numbers! I will have the Chassis and cert. to do it in the future though! :bigthumb

I'm not saying I can do it, but I will try. There are a couple of other's I think that will come really close also.

I have a new drag oriented suspension on the way. Cage modifications in the works, and A LOT bigger power adder, Boost controller, and a few tricks up my sleeve! Really low 8's would be great.

I think there will be a few combos that have a chance cris will have trouble spooling those twin 88s with only 347 cubes but if it does it should be a contender . And the all alum 614 with 2 kits of mikes will be realy close to a 7 secound pass and terry with his 101 ... I mean 91 clip :lol: will be right there to and there is one more combo that i think will do it with ease but im not aloud to talk about it :chicken::eek:

On the day of the Dirty Dozen Shootout, yes they do. During the season most of the DDs trailer their Stang to the track. The ones that drive theirs, they are BAD ASS.:rockon:
