Valvetrain Questions

I bought a motor used of SBZ and nearing installation. I want to button the motor up before installing in the car. I am reusing the aluminum heads, 1.6's adjustable rockers, lifters, and springs. I changed from the mystery blower cam that was in it to an F-cam. Can I resuse the pushrods since I changed the cam?

Does anyone have a good site or tutorial on how to set up my valvetrain? I have spent some time on Corral searching and am not having any luck.

Your push rods should be okay. If your worried, check the length. If you need help, give me a ring.
