Get together at Shooter's!

I talked to the guys down at shooters last night. If we meet up during the week and call 1 or 2 hours ahead of time, we can get shooting lanes in a row reserved for us. 2 people can shoot per lane. The 14 per hour charge is per lane, not per person. Just wanted to make that clear.
I found the sweet spot reloading my 9mm ammo. Got the powder charge as close to perfect as I can. Got 400 rounds loaded up so far and need to find bullits.
I will bring my toy box. When do we want to do this? Some have said a Tuesday would be good. I am unavailable for the next 2 so earliest I could go would be Tuesday, Feb 24th. What do you all think?

I went to wally world today and found an inexpensive red dot sight for my 10/22. The sight was less than 9 bucks. Check it out.:D

I'm thinking about getting a year long membership there. Even the folks on CSS have stated Shooters is way better than Target World. My Thursday route starts in Park Hills, so I could shoot till 6 PM, drive the seven miles in about 15-20 minutes and start work.

I have been to Target World. I have been to Mark's. Shooters is by far the better place to go. It may be the heated indoor range, the ventilation, or just because it is a newer facility. The lighting is way better too.

I hope you can Kelly!! So far the count is at 10 which means we will need 5 lanes. That's alot. I will talk with the guys at shooters and see how strict the 2 per lane rule is. It takes alot longer to load a mag than to shoot it. I will check back later today!!! This is going to be fun!!!

I am in Atlanta Ga right now. My Bro in law just graduated from basic for the Army!!! They did a demo today before the ceremony. 2 strikers, 2 companies, blanks, bamg granades, blanks in the 50s on the strikers too. It was cool. I will try to post a few pics when I get home. Probably sunday.

Good idea Steve! We all had fun. Thanks all for coming out! To all who said they were coming and didn't make it, there is always next time. Mondays are really slow at shooters. At least this time they were. Don't know about tuesdays but we could do that next time. Oh and 14 bucks for an hour is per lane and 2 people per lane works out to 7 bucks per hour. Pretty good deal. The place is heated and we cleaned up when we were done so there should be no problem next time.
So..when do we want to do this again? Post up when. I am all for it!!
