There is a solid 4 inches of snow on the hood of my truck. I called off work today. The kids are off school which is unusual for Beechwood. Got the call from school at 6:00. Plan to go sled riding with the kids today. Of course the exped is going to venture out. Hee hee. Cinimon rolls sound sooo goood!!

I made it to work. The Charger did awesome! The worse part for me was getting out of my driveway. If it snows another 4 inches tonight, I won't be going anywhere tomorrow, unless somebody wants to come over and shovel my driveway. (If you have been to my house, you know about my hateful driveway).

Ive seen that vid before, but its still funny!

People are so stupid! I couldnt help but laugh on my way to work this morning, following people down one hill they creep barely moving. As they reach the bottom and get ready to start up the other side they stop. As they sit and spin, I just kept moving at a safe speen and went right around them. Morons.

Well my lovely trek for the day is over i felt like doing this to many people :dummy:

Roads are getting nasty now they are refreezing... and worse part i was in the 93 had it locked in all day coming back up 275 from 17... the right lane is going like 15 mph thanks to a slow ass older cougar with shitty tires... so i jumped to left lane which is actually cleaner... no other traffic other than the semi behind the car.. well right as i about pass the car.. he hits a rut.. kicks sideways jumps 2 feet in my lane.. so i have to jump left in 3rd lane.. by this time my mirrors refroze so i cant see out back.. and i try to get up to like 40 to just clear the mess.. well at 40 the truck turned to an iceskate following every now frozen rut.. i was just kinda drifting lol. But had no clue where any the other vehicles went other than i can see light in the mirror but no clue how close... finally said hell with it turned blinker on gave it about a minute then just started coming over with window down figured they would blow horn if i was running them off the road

Oh and yah check this shit out.. 8:10 in morning 2nd customer of day.. first was there like 7:45 to get 4 tires just so she can get to work... only one of my guys had made it in by this time... well this class act clown.. drove all the way there for what????? HIS FREE FUCKING TIRE ROTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we told him well we have 1 guy putting on tires now.. prolly be an hourish... he got pissed and stormed out... so to class act retards :flipoff::flipoff::flipoff:

Im off tomm so im not even opening the door to look :coo1:

My Direct TV just went out (scrambled screetchy picture).

At least I have a bunch of movies taped on my DVRs that I can watch if it doesn't come back on right away. I bet my receiver is glazed over with ice. This is only the 3rd or 4th time this has happened since I've had Direct TV, for 9 years now.

Drove 120 miles tonight on my route.......idoits get out of the way!!!!!

Pick a set of grooves/ruts and stay there, switching back and worth = guardrail.

I did find a ditch/curb. Coming down 22 thru Landen, as I past the entrance to Nantucket the right lane of two lanes was no longer plowed!!!!! Sideways due to the 6-8" deep snow, slide in nose first to the curb/snow bank, took me a bit to back out. All it did was knock the 3/4" thich ice on the front of the car.

Worst part was 71N from Park Hills to Fields Ertel, both hills at 35-40 mph slipping and sliding but I didn't get stuck like others.

All in all, a fun night!!!

I have pine tree limbs down all over my yard, along with a wire in the front, I'm not going near that thing! I already have an email into Duke about it. I have more limbs down than I did with the windstorm of September 2007. I'm going to need a chainsaw for this hot mess.

Sucks not having Direct TV, but I am not going to complain. I have movies and shows taped that I can watch, plus a bunch of DVDs. It could be worse, half of my town doesn't have electric. In September, I was out for almost a week, while everybody else had it, so I feel lucky this time (KNOCK ON WOOD). I do have a kerosene heater on standby in case the electric goes out, and I haven't read my new Cosmo or Mustang 5.0 magazine this month.

Most definitely! I had to have one by myself this past Fall. I had a pile from the windstorm, and it was getting out of hand, so I torched it one Sunday afternoon with gasoline. I caught my yard on fire. I probably shouldn't do that by myself again.
