Mufflers for my '06?

Ordering MAC long tubes and MAC o/r pro chamber for my '06 GT but I can't decide which mufflers to go with - MAC or Magnaflow. What do you guys think?!

Not a big fan of mac mufflers anymore after I seen an '03 cobra/turbo combo gain 60 rwhp by dropping the exhaust down after the headers. It had a mac catback.

Magnaflows will stay nicer and sound better to me.

I have SLP's and they sound awesome.

I have FRRP Stingers and with an O/R H they sound downright nasty. I have heard the magnaflows on a S197 and they sounded OK.

I have Magnaflow cat back with an off road H-pipe on my 99 GT and it sounds great plus its all stainless. Shawn has Magnaflow on his 07 GT and it too sounds great.

I went with Borla Stingers, BBK long tubes, and a BBK o/r X pipe.

Yep, because it was a turbo, and you have to have a through type muffler and no chambers. Flowmaster and others will have the same affect of back pressure. They still work well on an n/a car.

check out stainless steel systems exhaust. they sound really really good and look awesome. i'm going to sell this mac and put in one of their systems when i get the car paid off.

Id say Magnaflow, but Ive never heard them in person on a 3V. Ive never been a big fan of Mac's.
