I was digging through some old pictures and found these, And thought I'd share..
My first Brand New car..
1988 5.0 5spd ..... GOD I MISS THAT CAR !!!!!

A 1986 Ranger I did in 1990. 331 5 spd 4.10's and 150 shot !!!! :bigthumb
These were right when it was done, before the big & little Pro Stars
It was fun !!!! LOL

And that Ranger was a lot like my old one, just add 12" of lift and early Bronco axles, lol!

I believe that was taken in late 88 in Camp LeJeune at the Tank Park and I had just cleaned it !!!!
I never changed 1 thing on that car (other then tires and brakes LOL) 2.73 geared even...

I never changed 1 thing on that car (other then tires and brakes LOL) 2.73 geared even...
other than the interior that is a twin to mine! Nice looking. I want to hear the story of why that's not yours anymore.......

Tank Park?? What MOS were ya? I was a 19D (Calvary Scout) and I can remember many days spent in the field, then rolling into the Tank park for a major cleaning. Those old M113s got Kentucky mud in every orfice and what atreat it was cleaning them.:lol:

I was an 0352 in the Marines, Tow Missles. I was with A.T. Tow Company, 2nd Tank Battallion...

That Ranger looks like one I found at a repo auction down in Rutland OH. I remember it well, because it looked exactly like mine before I put wheels on it. The truck was like new and the engine was still in it, but the rear wheels and brakes were missing. Here's mine....

:bigthumb I've seen yours around Urbana... When I sold the Ranger it had a 4" cowl hood on it, I believe the guy that I sold it to was from Chillicothe ?? But not sure, It's been a while.. :lol:
