buddy of mine was on his way home and a little girl stepped out into the road from the driveway. it was either hit her. or hit a tree. he chose the tree. cars a total loss but thankfuly he is ok. messed up a muscle in his arm from having it braced on the shifter. other then that he is ok. litle sore. he is very lucky. the little girls parents are very greatful though.
EDIT: and no that is no a residental area.

Why is he doin 65 on a residential street?

its not. its a back road that is 55 and they started building a area off it for houses. its a 1/4 stech of house ands the speed hasent been changed. houses are just off to that one side and you cant even turn into the neighborhood from this road. the driveway this girl stepped out of was just a stoage area. wondered off from her parents.

Wow thats nuts that kids are wondering around in a neighborhood where cars are cruising through at those speeds. Glad everyone is ok.

That sucks. Glad the kid is OK. But that still sucks. Hope the insurance pays for it in total.

Who's insurance pays on something like that? The girls parents or the car owner? I would think the parents insurance pays for there neglect.

Maybe in a perfect world! I just hope he has gap coverage. That is unless he owed less on the car that what it's worth

Glad that everyone is Okay. Looks to me like the car held up well at a 65mph impact.

Glad no one was really hurt. It is also good seeing that these cars hold up well in a crash like that.

He's very luckly to walk away from 65mph head on crash, and so is the girl. Quick thinking on his part because he saved her life that night. It could of been someone else behind the wheel.

he is very lucky. so is the girl, the impact even split the intake manifold. and tore the metal CAI in to 2 pieces. looks like saturday morning me and Ryan are heading down to look at a member here's 05 GT to replace it with.
