302 engine's

on the floor is a D2 302 block
on the engine stand is one of my blocks. an E7TE XXX roller short block. it might need a re-bore but i was told its got new bearings and rings in it. (how i got it)

and the other one standing on end appears to be an early 80's 302. we don't know if anythings wrong with it or if its any good.

the D2 and the early 80's 302's aren't mine but a friend of mine and is willing to sell for 80-150. o.b.o

the short block of mine I'd like to get 150-200 out of it. or trade for 351w stuff

he also said he's got another 302 block at his house but i'de have to get more info on it

this is correct. they're bolted down. they fit minus the need for a custom intake and the fact the intake and exhaust lobes on the cam are switched.

becides that they fit good. and who knows if the Combustion chamber lines up

That's funny. I thougt they looked like chevy heads with the weird valve cover base.

I guess thats one way to use chevy parts to keep ford parts from rusting

so i went and looked, the combustion chamber lines up. if you were to get a different cam and intake you, in theory, could run them
