Go-cart building

I have no idea how to weld so I decided to pick up a welder and learn on my own. I have decided to practice by welding up a go-cart. I purchased a set of detailed plans so that I know everything will work right. (I am not an engineer).
So if anyone else is interested in building a go cart PM me. The plans are 32 pages long and very detailed with lots of pics and a detailed list of parts needed.
Just let me know.

what kind of cart? buggy style? shifter cart? or just a lil cruise around. If it is shifter style send me a pm to get the build sheets
