5 lug welds with tires big/smalls

i have a set of drag lights with tires. 15 x 3.5 and 15 x 8. the tires in front are brand new 165 series tires and the rears are 90 % new mickey thompson drag radals 275 50 15. have center caps and lug nuts. looking for 700.00 obo 1 937 478 2201. or trades
