Brandon just helped me out with a refi, got me locked in at a 5.00 rate on my house.

Was pretty smooth. I headed to FL on a whim at the end of last month, and he even was able to get a notary in FL to come by our rental and get our paperwork done!

Savings 321 per month principal and interest and when my pmi drops off it will be about 430 a month total savings! :)

I need to get this done. My rate on my home loan is 6.125, need to refi! My bro just got 5.00 also. I think this window of opertunity will be open for a short time. Then rates will start climbing again. I know, duh.....but if you snooze you loose.

we were calculating the amt at 4.75 also with a friend who does mtgs. Our current rate is 5.375 & they say s/b 1 point to make it worth it............ if it hits 4.5 we're definately going to refi.
