Yeah, I lived in Wayne county for 4.5 years in eastern NC. We didn't have emissions per se but they did an OBD check every year. I personally never had to do them because my truck is a diesel and the stang is registered in KY.

im not sure what is going to happen yet. i might even move back to the dayton area. my grandmother is not doing well and she 85. plus in a nursing home. i dont really like it on this side of ohio. my brother in florida has said about moving to n.c.

so far here is where i might go:

n.c
back to dayton

not sure but im just researching. just know i cant do emissions.

i like that since i wouldnt have to have the foxbody checked. but at the same time if i want a 96 or newer stang than i have to watch what i do to one. thanks guys
