1996 GT40 Engine (INTAKE to PAN)

I have a 1996 Explorer engine with approximately 80,000 miles on it. It has GT40 heads
a REAL 93 Cobra intake with Factory 65mm throttle body
.500 phenolic intake spacer
Holley Adjustable Fuel Pressure regulator
stock fuel rails with 19lbs injectors
Mac shortie headers
Stock style Oil Pan
Water pump

It does not come with motor mounts, pullies , distributor or the tps like in the picture though. This engine runs smooth as silk. No smoke or oil useage either. I hate to even get rid of it but the 331 T56 swap is getting expensive!!
