D2 can be addicting, I know I've wasted quite a few hours on it. After I lost my job in late 2004 it was all I would play after spending 4-5 hours filing out job applications and working on my resume.

Amen to that. If i spend $60 to buy the damn game, i better get to play it for free or at least get $60 worth of free online play...but then i'd just be hooked and get swindled into paying monthly to play.


Get Oblivion...the graphics are tons better and you can play the hell out of it without getting sapped with a monthly fee. Plus if you're online there are literally thousands of free mods out there to download.
