i am ordering rockers tomorrow hopefullu but i cant figure out witch ones i need. 3/8 or 7/16? its an 88 gt and neither of them seem close to what i need. i have gt40p heads now that are off a 99 explorer. i still dont know which ones i need

If you have stock gt40p heads then you will need a set of pedestal mount rockers.

can i buy rocker arm studs and then use the rockers i want or is there more to it?

If you have stock gt-40p heads neither one of the links you listed will work...they are stud mount...you need the ones that take a 5/16 bolt not a stud "pedestal mount"

You can take them to a machine shop and have them milled and tapped to be stud mounts but I think it's about 100-125 bucks

alright, thanks.... i was just looking at a pair from ford racing for over 300 so i might go with those or look around a little bit more but thanks again

i got my Proform full roller rockers in the mail today along with my x-cam. im putting the cam bearings in at my friends house cause he has the tool and we are going to put the cam in at the same time some day this week or weekend. om hopeing the have the rest of my stuff soon so i can check ptv clearance lol i dont want to send back the cam, from what ive heard it sounds sweet.
