Hey all. Here is my new place.

As you can see, I have plenty of room for storage and to work on my car. All I have to do is move one car out of the way to work on the other. As we head upstairs......

We come upon the main floor that holds my kitchen, washer, dryer, and living room.

We head up another set of stairs.....

And we enter my bedroom area. I have already bought a bedroom set from AAFES online, BACK IN OCTOBER, and it still has yet to arrive. I hope it arrives soon so that I can set it all up.

Turn right and head down the hallway, and you enter my office area. Once again, I plan on doing it up some more with a bigger desk and some bookshelves once I get settled in.

Yeah from what i've heard is that the on post housing is reserved mainly for the more junior enlisted soldiers and the married soldiers. The try to reserve the guaranteed stuff is going to the people who need it more I guess. I live about ten minutes from the front gate tho.

My cousin's husband, works for an engine builder and I believe it's in Rolla. I'll try to find out more, from her.

Also, how does on base housing work????

A good friend of mine and others on the board, who still is in boot, it gonna be married to qualify for housing and the nice "married" bonus he said he would get.

It just really depends. I've heard that there are waiting lists and I also heard that here at least they still have plenty of room. Im not entirely sure how it works because personally, I like to get off post when I can.
