How do I check my engine codes on my 99 GT?

they have to be read by a scan tool. Autozone scans your car for free. Or Harbor Freight sells a little one that comes with a code book. Or if you have something like an SCT Excalibur2 or know someone who does you can read and erase them yourself

Took it to the Dealer ended up being bad Coil. If it happens again I think I am going with a set of MSD or ACCEL coils.
