This is my favoritest show ever! It's usually a beautiful weekend - though warm - there are a few trees. If it gets too hot, just WALK to your hotel room! It's the best of both worlds - a little car fun and a little relaxation!

This actually sounds like it's going to be a really cool show. I like the fact that you can walk to the hotel... I hate going to shows and being stranded there for 12 hours in the hot sun, with nothing nearby and no shade.

Anyone staying at the Extended Stay America hotel? I was looking at it, and not quite as nice looking as the Hilton its right across the street from the Hilton and only $65 a night for a king room with kitchenette.

Oh well.....I went a cheaper route and am staying at the Extended Stay.

$175 total with taxes for both nights. King bed, kitchenette, blah blah blah. I almost booked the Hilton but we're going to Vegas in March and buying a shed this spring and I'll probably be doing some driver training and auto-x.....so I just couldn't justify not saving the money I guess. But I'll be right next door!

The wife was fine with either, not often I'm the one trying to save money :D

Was good to see you and hang out for a bit even if you didn't share with the class. Found Bill Saturday (before the rain) and finally hooked up with Ryan after we had had it with the rain and went back to the hotel. Wish the weather had been better but had a great time hanging out with everyone. Finally got to meet Lysa and pick on my favorite older crazy friend!

one nice thing about this show was, you could park your car overnight there and walk to the hotel and they sold adult beverages... No driving. so you could enjoy some beverages and not worry about driving!!! Yeah!!!! :cool2:
