tips on a 5 speed swap

ok i think i am gonna get this car this weekened how hard is it to do a 5 speed swap? what all do i need? i know beelhouseing trans? what else do i need to get? and is it hard or just a pain in the ass thanks

Just did my coupe a few months ago.You might have to clearence the shifter hole to push the 5 speed trans in there.But I cut two slits in it,bent it out of the way,pushed the trans up and bolted it in,then just bent it back down.

Other than that,its pretty strait forward.You also have to figure out if your going to use a 5 speed harnessor if your going to jumper the old harness for the neutral/park park,or the clutch switch.

I installed a tremec in mine.
I ripped the auto trans out,unbolted all the junk to it from the motor and threw my flywheel on,then stuffed the trans in it.I jumped the trans nuetral start wires so that I didnt need to wire up the 5 speed harness.It would start without the clutch being pushed in.I dont need a speedo cable in my car so I didnt need that either.But every thing else will work.Your speedo cable (youll need a different gear for the VSS) the crossmember will work.
Easiest way to do the pedal swap is with the steering column removed from the vehicle and the front seat also removed.

the 5 speed clutch saftey harness is already in the car atleast mine was up by the firewall area with factory jumper wires. i am also selling a full 5sp set up will even throw in pedal assy.
