pearls

ao im fixing to repaint a 91 lx hatch. ive decided not to do anything big like flames this time. im thinking redoing the white and then spraying a pearl over it. im not sure what color. as of right now it wont be gold like cadillacs have. i was thinking maybe either purple or red. it has red interior in it. any ideas?

I'm not a big fan of the red and purple pearls over a solid white car. They tend to have a "pink" glow to them. I would lean more towards a blue pearl and it would still go with the red interior. Maybe some red pinstripes or accents would help it come together too.

well red would actually turn pink at times.. so thats something to consider :eek:, because pearls wont make a car completely flop it will give it a hue/tint. I would vote for a blue if your wanting a different color, even a green could work.

i was thinking that the red would turn pink thats why i was leaning towrds blue or purple. i think blue is the way to go. thanks guys
