Need some nitrous advice

I am looking to spray about 100 or so and was wondering if anyone has a preference on brand or wet/dry kits

i have a 255 walboro fuel pump and a grinatelli 70mm mass air meter so i should be fine to run wet or dry right?

NX wet kit.
Easy to setup.And can go beyond 100 for later use.

the nitrous works kit for a 5.0 efi, it is a wet kit and comes with a plate to go between throttle body, had great luck with it.

easy to install and works perfect and cheap!
Take stock 5.0 mustang add tires, gear, 255 in tank, and this kit and you got low 12's high 11's all day long! We've done it many times

I have seen a buddy have real bad luck with a NX kit. I have had awesome luck with Nitrous Works and NOS brand systems.

I ran 30 bottles in a row over 3 years with the same stock engine, never had a problem with the Nitrous Works kit.

The best nitrous advice I give out to anyone asking questions about nitrous, Read everything you can about it and get a wideband o2 sensor (and learn how to use it)

nx wet for the money u can get a mainline kit for cheap and work pretty well youve got a good enough fuel pump to handle 150 maybe more

I have always been partial to NOS brand parts, not for any particular reason, except that is what is usually on the shelf at Jegs. I ran a ZEX wet shot on my last Volvo for a while and have no complaints, though.

Don't the NX kits regulate flow different than NOS brand kits? Something like one is based on bottle pressure and one is based on nozzle size or something?

I know My NX plate runs higher fuel pressure tune ups than most other kits. I have had great luck with the Gemini 6 plate I have. Maybe the tune up being different has something to do with what you are talking about.

i have a zex dry kit. i haven't had any problems with it all all. i have prob. ran 20 or so bottles through my motor. everything is still working great

Paul, no that is a misconception. Both use bottle pressure, NX uses a higher bottle pressure recommendation than NOS does. I use NX on my race car and have sold and installed many different brands. The NOS dry kit for a 5.0 is about the best on the market for a simple, easy to use, safe nitrous kit. The NX wet single nozzle kits are heavier duty, have larger solenoids, a better nozzle, but a wet kit can be trickier to tune for some. I think both are easy to use and have made great power on the dyno. I run my NX kit dry and use the computer to add more fuel for the nitrous.
