I have been running 26x10.5x15 et streets on 15x10x6.5 draglites. This tire seems too small for the rim. I want to switch to the 26x11.5x15 et street. Does anyone have personal experience as to how much pounding and massaging will be required if any or if it is even possible? I see that the width on the 11.5 et street is almost half an inch wider than the 10" et drag.

Just a little massaging around the inner fender where the shock runs. I am running 26x11.50 on a 10" draglite 6.5 bs works out fine.

26x 10.5 et street is more like a 26x 8.5 slick thats why the tires look small. The 26x11.5 is like a 26x10 slick. You may be able to get them right under it with out any work or you may need to take off the quad shocks and pound the crap out of it. Most mustang's rear ends are offset to one side, so one side will fit fine while the other side rubs
