f-150 truck motor

This is the one I am selling, the 92'. I took the intake of to check it out. I thought it was a roller motor but its not. Well it kinda sorta is. It has the roller block with the drilled and tapped holes for the spider but it has a solid cam. I never new they did that. Also I expected it to have E-7's but the only markings are 9E4. Are these heads as good as E-7's? Probly not but I wanted to ask. And what up with the block?

Also can I put a good set of heads and a roller cam on this thing just like any mustang roller motor? What kind of pistons and compression might this thing have?

if it has a block casting number of F4TE then its a roller block
