View Full Version : Windsor Sr's?
I am starting working on my Windsor build again and was wondering how these heads would work. It going to end up as a 393 or a 408, I have a 570+ lift cam and am looking at around 8.5 or 9 to 1 comp. If these won't work what should I look for?

Damn Gregg, I don't want to spend 2,500+ on a set of heads...
Future plans do include boost. The Sr's are the 200cc lites and I can probably get them for under $500.

The Sr.'s are a decent head....respond well to port work also. Should work good for your mild n/a combo..and also with some boost. Heck...Gary Rohe went 8's with a well ported set of iron sr's back in the day.

I built a dyno proven 380fwhp with the roush 200 heads(same shit)
That was with a mild e303 cam and only 10.5 to 1 comp ratio
