So earlier I went out to move the car. I noticed that after I started it I pushed the clutch to the floor and moved the shifter into first gear. Just as it was almost all the way in the car moved forward an inch or so. So I tried it agin and it didn't do it. So I brought the RPM's up to around 3500-4000 and tried it again and it did it. It only did a few times and then it wouldn't do it no more until later on when I went back out to see if it woul;d do again or not. This is a T5 and other than that issue it shifts fine to drive it normal. Now on the other hand if I power shift thats an all together different story. I have the clutch adjusted all the up at the top pretty much. Any ideas anyone?

If it's moving your car it can't be disengaging all the way...is it still grabbing high? Maybe try tighening the cable up a little.

check to see of the clutch/pressure plate is over centering, the pressure plate fingers might be grabbing on the flywheel.
