Yes it is the upper and lower and 1 inch spacer, It's the same upper from my last sale but i have traded someone my ported lower for the none ported lower.

Here is the link to photos of the upper, look at the one view of the top A previous owner had clearanced the intake to make it fit a stock hood, you can see it in the photos. Yes i have paypal but they charge a fee so add 8 bucks for the fee and pm me for my email. I can meet up with buyer if it's not to far of a drive.
