I am about to pull everything out in my car. I have already rerouted the belt and the smog is not in use. My question is how much crap can I remove that i think is attached to the smog assembly without affecting the motor running properly. I am going to be changing my intake to a non smog so i assume that i will have some parts/hoses gone but i still will be using the stock carb will using the old carb create a problem or can i just plug up some of the vacuum lines that were attached to the pump.
