This is a weird one. I use Firefox (usually) but a couple days ago I seen there was an update for it. I did the update and it worked great, changed the whole look and so on. I turned the computer off that night and the next day firefox doesn't work anymore. It starts to pull up and says (looking for en-us start.mozilla.com) but all that happens is a box pops up in the middle of the screen saying (firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience. SEND or DON'T SEND.) So now I am useing internet explorer which I don't like. It has a virus or something and scews up too. Anyways anyone know whats wrong and how to fix it. What did I do?

What version of Firefox are you now using? If you don't know got to the HELP menu at the top then down to ABOUT. That will tell you what version.

I have been using Firefox for years. It has not changed the "look" significantly. You might want to download Version 3 and reinstall it.

I installed the latest update over the weekend. No problems here.
