I can give you the info for one of the best lawyers I know. He has helped me more than once. I am not sure if he specializes in custody, as far as I know he is a criminal lawyer. PM me if you want any more information.

In Ohio, as in most states, she has to notify you of her intention to relocate. If you dont' respond in 30 days, she can just go. The burden will be on you to prove it wouldn't be in the child(ren)'s best interests to move. This is very difficult.

California, a few years ago, was the first state in the country to reverse the burden of proof in this situation. It was considered a landmark decision for the fathers movement.

Family law in Ohio BLOWS. From what I have seen it always favors the women- even when they are drug addicted felons with no verifiable income...... Long story. Good Luck but prepare yourself to grab your ankles.
