10 gallon cell, has the pipe nipples at sump not welded fitting's, has one vent fitting and the sending unit in it

just like this one http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/15320/10002/-1 but with the sending unit in it. and looks like someone tryed to polish it. will not come with fitting's that extra.
