You typically dont see a steel rocker arm with roller fulcrum/tips. The stock die-formed units are steel.

Someone else may know more about them, But I can find just as many steel roller rockers online as I can aluminum.. So personally, I don't think there would be much of a difference.. Depending on your goals/expectations from your motor.
What are you building and trying to get out of it ??

Comp cams has offers a set of chrome moly steel rocker arms and are "Pro Magnum Rockers are made of 8650 chromemoly steel, which is approximately three times stronger than 7075-T6 (the aluminum typically used for rocker arms)."

I was thinking ductile iron for some reason. I think alum rocker would fit the bill.
