if i do a pi swap with windsor pi heads do you have to change the intake and headers or will the factory intake or factory headers bolt right up to them with no mods. Any body know?

The difference with the windsor heads are the valve covers and some of the front cover bolts. The cams in windsor heads also have pressed on cam gears instead of bolt on. Other than that is pretty straight forward. There is a pretty good write up here: http://www.daytonstangboard.com/showthread.php?t=5915

The headers will work, and the intake might, but the ports will be different on the manifold and the heads.

The intake manifold is different, as well as the tube that goes from behind the water pump back to the heater core. If you don't change the intake to a PI unit, it isn't really worth doing the swap is it? The ports won't match up at all.
