2000 Mustang gt still has a miss in it, will a good scanner pin point what is wrong with it.

a sanner will tell you what cyl is missing not why its missing,although if it has a random misfire code it wont help as much.
ive got a scanner but im up in springfield

im just lost with this thing, going to try and take it to andy law after I get the tags and stuff straighten out
