Don't expect Hamilton County results any time this week, mom told me of some of the machine issues at her precinct.
Basically when people from EE precinct would try to insert their ballot in the U precinct machine, it should spit it back out........well this year it accepted them for counting.

Gossip. The state of Hawaii has authenticated Obama's birth certificate.
http://www.donkeydish.com/images/gallery/barack-obama-birth-certificate_472x460.jpg
I've seen write ups about how there are Photoshop tags stored in the file and a million other things calling it a fake. However, the state of Hawaii has autheticated it as real. I somehow doubt it'll go any further.
Yeah, I know. My job is at stake here!!!
All jobs are at stake.
Maybe now we can get rid of affirmative action. Obviously, if a black man can win the presidency with a majority of the popular vote, it's no longer needed.

"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes ยง338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

Nope if he doesn't get sworn in we would have to have another election. In which Bush would remain in office until that had been done.

From what I remember from the 2000 Florida deal, Bush would be out no matter what. The Speaker of the House (Pelosi) would become the interm President.
On a different note. Where is a good place to buy an AR-15 before they get banned? And some SKS 25 round magazines?

Ar's are selling like hot cakes now. Every shop has em. Also, any sks that was originally equipped with a detachable mag (rare) takes an ak mag. 20, 30, or 40 is common. 25's ive never seen. Odds are your sks takes 10rd stripper clips. Just use those as 30rd mags adapted to fit (such as Cobray) are garbage.

I will be the first to congratulate him.
I may not like any of his policies and am pretty scared of things to come, I still believe firmly in Democracy and our Country.
I will respect him as my President and will do all that I can to help keep this country the greatest nation.

The only good thing yesterday was that the Democrats didn't get the 60 seats they needed to cram shit through uncontested.
All the Obama supporters wanted "change"...well, we're going to get change...hide your money and your guns, and hold on...this is going to be one fucked up ride.

Actually it was 5000 for the casino. The payday lending law has been on the books for a year. They are capped at 28% instead of like 300 and something percent. So they stayed in business and registered with the state already. They aren't going anywhere. No brainer to vote yes.
The casino vote was disappointing. Again sheeple can't read.
I listened to Obama's victory speech and I will say this:
If and when, the welfare, section 8's and other assorted useless scum sucking off the governments resources have to put in there fair share then I'll believe him and think "yes we can".
Otherwise he has two years before the next election in Congress. Hopefully he walks the walk instead of just talking the talk. I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Yesterday at about noon they had Obama workers checking the voter books to find out who didn't vote. THat was relayed to the volunteers and they went door to door to the people who hadn't voted yet. They wanted to know why those people didn't vote yet. I was at my brothers yesterday evening and a lady was walking up and down the street knocking on doors. They got to my brothers house and she told us what she was doing. THis was about 6pm.

Ok, read the post a few more times and try to comprehend. You'll notice I put that in quotes. Why do you supposed I did that? In all of your infinite wisdom you should be able to figure that one out. I wasn't in any way suggesting the man should be assassinated. No...really. There is at least one confirmed "plot" to do so already. Which has been stopped dead in it's tracks. Am I suggesting that this is an answer, or even a good idea. No, thats taking another human beings life. That's a negative, but it is a scenario that undoubtedly needs to be recognized as something that very well could happen. There are many, many white Americans who are just that pissed off over an African-American running this country.

He walked out with the rifle, 2 extra mags, all the ammo the store had plus some other ammo for a pistol. He was driving a GT Vert. I bet he dropped a grand.

Closest to you Craig would be Shooters off richardson Rd. RLC shooting supplies on turfway is good but the selection isn't the best in town.

One shot in Newtown on St. Rt. 32. That's where we are going this weekend. They have pretty decent prices. The Bill Goodmans Gun and Knife show is next weekend, Nov. 15-16, at the Sharonville Convention center.

Ky residents can't purchase a pistol out of state without going through a ky dealer. That is a pain in the ass. Most Ky dealers hate doing it and charge 25-30 bucks for just one firearm. So even if you get a "good deal" in another state, the transfer costs cost you. Just some info.

That is F'in hillarious
The thing that kept ringing in my head last night was a quote that might sound familiar...goes something like "...that'll be the day, not of the black man, not of the white man, but the day of MEN AS MEN", yet all i heard and all i saw on the TV was everyone making a huge deal about how King's vision and his dream had finally been realized, all the while focusing on a black man, not "men as men". At one point they had King's college on TV and some guy there was talking about it, and i just couldn't understand how they missed that connection. If this finally sets everyone as "even" then like someone said before, does this mean we can get rid of affirmative action?

Craig, if the business is buying it, no problem. Ky residents go through the insta check system. If you want to buy a rifle or shotgun, no problem. Go anywhere. It is just for pistols. Shooters or RLC are very competitive on price.

I'm a working woman and I voted for McCain! I am very concerned about the future with Obama at the lead, I think it was a grave mistake to elect him president. But I genuinely hope I am proven wrong.
Look at the bright side- he can't do any worse than Bush did the past 8 years so matter what he does it will better.

I voted McCain! I work 40 hours a week, go to school and have a house and 4 cars. All those kids at the college campuses crying saying this is history seriously made me want to throw something through my TV. I couldn't watch it last night it made me sick.
The only reason he's president is because all these people registered and voted because of race. It's disgusting and i'm scared where this country is headed.
Yeh......but look where it is already at. Pretty bad if you ask me. I hope it can't get much worse. We will have to wait and see.

In the state of Ohio, you do not need a Conceal Carry License to carry a firearm concealed in your place of business (you are the owner). You also do NOT have the duty to retreat in your own home or place of business. If you choose Craig, you can legally open carry publicly, or in your own place of business in the state of Ohio with out any license either.
Granted, if you strut down the street with a handgun strapped to your side in an open carry, you are permitted to do so, but someone will flip out and call the cops, and they may cite you for inducing panic or some other chicken shit charge.
God forbid you ever have to use the firearm, but if you do, you MUST CLEARLY get it through to the cops that you were "IN FEAR FOR YOUR LIFE".
Trust me on this, I've been through it.

Carrying Concealed only falls under being on your person or in a vehicle.
In a store it being in a drawer or under the counter would not constitute. But as others have stated you can legally carry concealed in your own resdience and property business included.
On a side note I would highly suggest getting your carry permit. It's only about 12 hours of your time and 200 bucks. Well worth it in my opinion.
I am fortunate enough not to need a permit (though I do have one), I am also fortunate enough to get to carry almost anywhere I please.
I think it should be that way for every law abiding citizen but unfortunately not enough politicians think in the same mindset as me.

HPD does an EXCELLENT class. They also offer an advanced class too, that qualifies for your refresher for renewing your license. They can provide the firearm for your qualifying, and they provide the ammunition as well regardless.

In the great state of Ky, we are a shall issue state for CCW permits. If you can legally purchase a handgun, you can get a permit. The permit costs 60 bucks for 5 years and the classes range from 75 on up. Shooters, RLC, Marks all offer the classes.
I took mine at a hunting and fishing club. We did our shooting on the lunch break.
The class is a joke really. A lot of lawyer stuff with a little tech info thrown in. The target is a full body sillouette at 7 yards. Yes that is 21 feet. You have to hit the body 11 out of 20 shots. I only put 11 in mine and put them all in the 5X ring. The instructor said I was good to go. LOL They take the number off the gun you use but it doesn't have to be your gun. A legally blind guy has a permit in Ky.
