I'm not surprised at all. I was born and raised in a town right next to Chicago called Cicero. The whole dam town is currupt and still is. Problem with Chicago and the surrounding towns is all the gangs. Lately they have been coming out of the woodwork and shooting each other and most of the gang members are illigal imagrants. Most of my family lives in the suburbs of Chicago and it's not any better there either. I go in to the city every other month and I hate it. The only thing that I will say about Chicago is it has a nightlife downtown which cant be said about Cincinnati.
