heads

im putting a set of 1971 351 heads on my 90 302 just wondering if anyone can tell me how much it will lower my compression? if any or raise it..

i also have a complete older engine 302/289 but i think its a 302 with 289 heads how can i tell whats what.. does anyone know how i can tell.
