MP3 Voice Recorders

Does anyone here have any advice for a MP3 voice recorder?

I'm a full time student and would like to take one to lectures.

I have a Panasonic RR-US430 recorder that I use for meetings, it will record up to 33 hours, very small & easy to use, you can download to your computer with it, I payed $80.00 for it a while back, worth every penny:bigthumb

Very good mic pick up and loud playback.
My only rub with it is it can take awhile to the computer to transmit.

But it's durable. I keep it in my pocket and records very very nicely.
