Well I'm pretty stoked. I went to a private track rental to MIR in MD on 9/29. Got a new best NA ET and 60' time.

My best was my first pass a 12.60 @107. Of course the printer wasn't working yet but backed it up with 3 other 12.6x runs, a handful of 12.7s, worst of the day was a 12.81.

The intial track prep was awesome. We didn't get to run until noon, was moisture on the back end of the track from the night before. So we had to wait until it started warming and drying up.

Not sure on the DA that day, was partly cloudy and a high of 80. The first pass if I would have left harder, I would have got 12.5x pass I have been working on. I launched at 4k and it dead hooked. Best 60' was a 1.63. I was pleased with a 3500 lb full weight car.

It was a great trip. No tickets,no breakage, got to see some good friends. I am a mod on a national forum mustangcollective.com and all attending were from that forum. There was a cool mix of cars 1 New edge, the rest were S197s. Some 4.0 and 4.6 cars, NA,nitrous, turbo, s/c. So it was a cool mix. I believe we had 13 cars attending. Anyway wanted to share the great news. that is why I wasn't at the SBZ cruise in.

Ah, but not "streeeeet tires". Still that's pretty impressive...i wish i could get that low. The best i could do is 1.9 and was still spinning like crazy off the line.

Thanks guys. I run 275/40/17 MT DRs right now. Will be adding some aggressive NA cams, LTs over the winter. Would like to have some head work done but waiting on funds. Want to switch from 4.10s to 4.30 or 4.56s. Some lighter weight rims and tires would be nice.

All stock except for Eibach Pro Kit springs. I've got Lakewood lowers to go on but i wanna do uppers at the same time.

I haven't got to run against an S197 yet but they run pretty good for a not so light car.
