What kind of cars/trucks do you all drive as your daily/beater? Just curious to see what people "other vehicles" are on here. I am looking into trying to find a cheap daily to drive back and forth from Mason, to Brown County everyday(gotta save some dough for stang parts somehow :D ). Thought I'd see what everyone else was cruising around in:bigthumb

Gets about 25mpg....may not be the greatest on gas but it more than makes up for it in fun.

I wish I had something that got 38mpg's!

I am thinking about trying to make payments on a '92 S-10 4 cyl. 5 speed... I checked the mileage, It should get around 22-25 on the highway...

Is it worth buying? Mainly as a winter beater/parts hauler

I have a 95 Plymouth Neon that gets 37-40 MPG and a 2005 SRT-4 thats gets 27-30.

90 mustang coupe, gets 20 to 22 mpg depending on how much city driving I do. I also drive an 88 GT vert that gets about 15 hwy on E85 and 20 with 93 oct gas. Just took it on a trip, got the 20 mpg on premium. However, around town, coupled with my lead foot, it gets about 12 mpg.

96 Exploder XLT, V6. I get around 20 on the highway, if I'm lucky. I hope to get something better on gas here soon, so I can save money to t gas in my Cobra, haha!

89 Mustang LX:lol:gets around 19-20mpg on 93 octane. Just plain sucks balls with no A/C or heat and that stupid roll cage. but does better on gas than the
2005 F150 that gets 15 maybe 17mpg on a good day. If Jerry doesn't get a job soon you know what I'll be driving then, his coupe.

My race truck, 97 Dakota v6 4x4 gets 18 mpg on highway. Wife drives an 02 Grand Caravan. No clue on milage, I just fill it when she tells me to. LOL
Soon to be an 81 coupe. WOOT!!!!!

1995 4-door Tahoe is my work truck. Also have the 96 Mustang and a 06 G6 laying around to drive. The G6 gets decent mileage when it doesnt have the 20s on it. Around 21mpg with them on it.

Unless I'm smoking people out beating on it I get 15 city and 17-18 highway. Oh and the truck weighs 7700pds :lol:

I also have a 95 Lightning that I drive gets 12mpg highway or city :lol:

Gas saver is the 04 CBR 600rr gets 38-48mpg depends

95 Mustang 3.8L...gets about 350-365 miles to a tankful on mixed city/hwy driving.

02 Sport Trac 4WD 4.0L...gets around 325 miles to a tankful (18 gal) in city, and usually 375 on highway trips.

06 pimp Honda Civic. 35-38mpg every day 40-42mpg light foot on the highway only. 00 Excursion Picked up 1 solid MPG with a Tune. Now its up to 15.7 on the hightway.

I am almost always in the Glass van 99 E-250 w/ the thirsty 5.4 & don't really
want to think of how much damn gas I use. :barf:

If I'm not in it I'm in my 99 F-350 crew cab w/ the 7.3 and new edge programer :bounce::rockon: (love that tuner) :bigthumb
We do take the girlfriend's 03 Hyundai Tiburon alot.

2002 Durango on 20's gets about 16-18 (I do not go over 55 on the highway ) everyone loves me but if I did not do that I would get about 8-10 so it is worth it , and I am looking at either a SRT-8 300 or SRT-8 Cherokee !!! next no gas savers for me !!!!

Don't have time to drive around everywhere. 3 kids. 2 dogs. 1 hubby. 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. My big adventure is to drive to store. :D Which is around the corner. Only fun driving I do is to dinner once a week with friends. And sometimes, hubby let's me steal the cobra to do that.

I got to flog a Grand Cherokee SRT8 and it was truly bad ass. I have been looking at Cadillac STS-V's as a possible up-grade/replacement for my dail driver, but a part of me still wants the Jeep. Just don't expect to see 16-18MPG even going down hill in a windstorm. :coo1:

As of last week silver 04' SVT ZX5 fukus- 29mpg avg.

Previously my dd was a 98 Ram with 5.9- avg 12-13 mpg's since I spent $560 last month on fuel in it, I let it stay in the driveway now.

The little lady drives an 05 escape limited- 22 mpg's
