2.3 ignition update...need help

well turns out the hall effect in the dizzy was acting goofy. I changed the tfi module and all was well for a little while. Two days later car broke down. Pulled the dizzy and all the teeth were chewed off the dizzy and also on the auxiliary shaft. I have a new dizzy but i can not find an auxiliary shaft anywhere. I have tried turboford with no luck. Also dealership, koi,advanced auto and autozone do not carry it anymore. Anybody know where i could be one. Preferably new.

What does it look like, I have a few 2.3 parts laying around, and i know people with a few, might be able to help you.

Wait a sec, its that shaft with the gear that the timing belt ride on isnt it? I just realized that from thinking back from when I rebuilt my '77 2.3... I think I got ya covered :bigthumb

Brandon, did you ever find an Aux. Shaft? if not PM 93lincolnmk8 (Matt) he has the one I was thinking of.
