I know there are quite a few of you out there with Black cars/trucks ect. What tips and tricks do you have for keeping your black paint looking its best?

Paint it a different color or leave it in the garage under the car cover

Wax... lots and lots of wax....

Seriously though, I wash my car with Meguir's Car Wash then use an Absorber to get all the water off, then I wax it with Meguirs Gold Class Paste wax. Although I heard the Tech Wax 2.0 is very good for newer cars with newer paint.

But I only pay attention to my car a few times a year, and IF I have a show or something to go to then I spend about 14 hours on it buffing it and cleaning it. How I wish I had room to keep it inside... and didnt have to drive on gravel/dirt roads :(

I agree with you. Put a good coat of wax on it, then all you have to do is spray and wipe the Jax Wax for a quick touch-up, anytime. I love that stuff.

Black is hard to take care of and that stuff can really save your paint
