28oz or 50 oz?

I just bought a new clutch 6 puck... now I need a flywheel, I searched some on here and cant seem to find out, how to tell wich one i need. I have a 87 gt with stock 5 speed tranny. also still have the original 5.0 motor in it.

It's a weight that is welded on the flywheel a 50oz weight or 28 oz or I run a neutral balanced which has no weight at all. Stock HO 5.0's use 50 oz most strokers use 28 oz or 0 but can use 50 it depends on the crank and how it was designed to make it balance out.
