I have a 1969 460ci from a 69 continental sitting around. It does have the dove heads, and is a complete engine carb to oil pan. It's been sitting around for quite some time, but ran when it was pulled. If your interested, pm me with offers or trades...:bigthumb

I'd possibly be interested in having it as a backup motor. What kind of price did you have in mind? As soon as I get my car back from the chassis shop I will have my almost new 31 spline Moser 5lug axles ready to sell, I could do those as a trade.

I'm kinda interested, but just put a set of FMS 5 lugs in mine this past spring lol. I need a set of intakes, and a few other little things to finish my car off too...

I don't have any aftermarket intakes, I'll root around and see what I do have.

whats the casting no. on the block?

I couldnt see any casting #'s, but am positive it came from a 69 conti. The head casting # is the easy one, D0VE. Where is the block casting # located? Is it on the front ledge like the small blocks? I'm not too familiar with the older 460's. This one is pretty grubby, but would make a awesome re-builder. Let me know, Bran...

I was thinkin even a gt 40 set from a cobra, or exporer would be fine. But also have a small list to fill yet for my motor...

Ok, heres what I found on the block. Theres 2 sets so first is D1VE, second is B015AA. I know for a fact it's out of a 69 continental, and it's a 4 barrel motor with the factory D0VE heads. I know many bbf guys pay good $$$ for theese heads alone, so entertain me with offers. this one could be bought for a good price...

I lost out on a set of heads that I wanted, and I'm trying to find a big block bellhousing for a C-4, so I'm kinda putting things on hold until I get a few more parts lined up to make this whole big block thing work out. I don't have a large budget, so i have some figuring to do. Killer deal for that motor for sure!!!! I'll be intouch. Thanks Troy

Ha... Good luck with that one... That's almost like finding a brick of gold in your back yard.
