My wife's uncle is working on turning Kudzu into Biodiesel. He told us Kudzu was originally from Japan used for land cover. They brought it over here and now it's growing like wildfire in the southern states.

My wife's uncle is working on turning Kudzu into Biodiesel. He told us Kudzu was originally from Japan used for land cover. They brought it over here and now it's growing like wildfire in the southern states.

I watched an hour long food network show on kudzu. They fried it, baked, made it into veggie lasagna, etc. It was crazy. They saud that is the only way they are going to slow down the growth of this crazy plant, by eating a sh!t-ton of it.

That is really funny! The next time I talk to my wife's uncle I'll let him know about that.
