Anyone who buys into that shit is a moron. Yes you can improve your gas mileage a bit if your running on improperly inflated tires, but to try and tell people it equates to the same is just crazy.

I've read articles from so-called independent fact checking organizations saying, "It's true." Bullshit it's true. Everyone of them I read uses very low numbers. See, when they determine how much oil is in a reserve, they do it based on market prices. Some oil is more expensive to extract than other oil, and always as the pool get lower. So, at lower market prices the reserve is measured by how much oil you can extract practically at that market price. When the market price is higher, it becomes feasible to extract oil at a bigger expense. So, a particular might be measured at 5B barrels at one price, or at 8M at another. Well, every time they figure their statistics, they figure it as some silly low number.
