I went on a tuna fishing trip this week 40 miles off the coast of maryland. It was a good time. Our group caught 1 blue fin. It was enough. It fought like hell. Ended up being 58 inchs and 125 pounds. We all got about 10 pounds of fish out of it. If you have ever had blue fin you know how good it is. I was going to put up larger pics but dont know how. Tried to use a url but kept saying invalid file. Any help?

The fish fought like hell. Took 5 off us a hour to get that onto the boat. It was a blast. Cut it up on the dock when we got back. Gave everyone around 10 pounds each.

So how did you end up cooking your tuna? I've heard of a few different ways. Not sure which to try.

We ended up throwing it on the grill with a chipoltle style marinade - it was delicious! 4min a side and it's perfect!
