So I'm pretty damn mad, Never once has my '94 GT been hit or damaged in any way shape or form since I've owned it, And I think its almost even safe to say never in its life...
I was hangin out at a friends house in Felicity, helping him do some last minute things to his RX7 before a car show this weekend. He just finished putting a 351 windsor in it and has a few things to work out before its driveable. And all was well until a damn stupid-assed racoon decided to run out in front of me while I was on my way home this morning on 133 heading towards bethel... I was doing 70 and that thing had to have weighed about 30 pounds!! It was huge!! I slammed the brakes but it was too late, nailed the coon and it made a big thump and I saw it literally bounce back across the road almost as fast as it came at me... So I knew a hit that hard couldnt have not done any damage, so I get home a few minutes ago and decide to check it out... well besides mud all over the front left side of my bumper, my freakin drivers foglight got the shit busted out of it soo bad I cant believe it even stayed in the car. I looked in there (keep in mind its 20 after 5, so its dark) and couldnt see the foglight, so I reach in there and find it crammed in the back of the hole all busted to shit and back, pulled it out, looked at it, threw it on the ground and came inside. Stupid racoon!!
And since I am broke as hell, is this something that would be worth seeing if my insurance would fix?
Or would someone out there happen to have a foglight/bracket real cheap?
