spare rim and tire

I have the kind that is meant for spare use, it has two different 5 lug bolt patterns. Let me know what bolt pattern you have. I live on the east side near beechmont & I 275. Free of coarse. Jeff PS I'll out of town Fri,Sat & Sun.
