I would guess Divorce situation as opposed to stolen.
If it's stolen granted people are dumb but posting it in a public place with a picture is way out there.

I would be interested to see why one can't get the title. There are ways to get duplicates.

An 06 without a title is TOTALLY fishy! You'd be stupid to have ANYTHING to do with that car.

Here is what the guy sent me back in the email........
The Guy I got the car from had a hard time getting a second loan on his house. So he put this title up on the mustang. And now he is going to lose his house. He lost his job and needed money to get his second car on the road so thats how I got it. Its not hot and if this was a everyday driver with title l'd want $15000 for it. Thats why my ad says parts car.A totaled mustangs are selling for $5K.
